How pleased I am to post a 1.6 pound loss this week! Not only have we been eating holiday foods but I’ve really not been focused on food or exercise. Still, doing *some* on each has clearly paid off. My focus has been on eating as well as I can for some meals and enjoying the occasional treat on others. While not back to my CrossFit workouts, I have walked up to a couple miles six out of seven days (I think) and walking at this higher altitude with a few more hills can only be good for me!
Celebrating this week: 45 pounds lost! (See new button left side). This is actually 45.2 pounds down from my top weight, 26.4 pounds down from starting again 15 weeks ago. So I’m also celebrating passing the 25 pounds lost mark since beginning again. I’m very pleased. This week I will kick it up a notch on both diet and exercise. I’m loving my new life in Colorado Springs and enjoying online church today while watching the snow fall in the back yard! Peace on earth!
