This is a belated weigh-in for 8 days ago. The good news is a one pound loss! There is no need look for bad news because I am just so grateful for a loss at this time. My preparations for moving to colorado for a few weeks/months are in full swing, my days are from early to late and my exercising is nil, while food is mainly an attempt to get some. The extra good news is I’ve managed to avoid wheat!
Weight: 256.4, loss this week: 1 pound (YEA!!), total loss: 43.6 pounds, 29.1% of goal. 6.4 pounds from ONE-derland!
