This time I’m heading to Colorado for a few weeks or months. Will get to spend some family time, and hope to be mutually inspired with my DDIL to eat right and exercise, among other things.
This week will be hectic as I need to replace myself at work, prepare for an indefinite stay, and, basically detach from everything here… in 8-10 days! I do plan to come back - Lord willing - and look forward equally to Colorado and the return to North Carolina. I love this vagabond, missionary lifestyle!

Thanks for the comment! Ice Skating!!!! WOW, good for you! See, I’m still thinking 4 skates on each side is better than 1 blade down the middle. I’m not sure when I became such a chicken! I used to ice skate all of the time when I was a kid; maybe I’ll give it a shot this winter too!
Enjoy your trip to Colorado…. we have a beautiful state here and I hope you find it as amazing as I have. I’m a transplant originally from California, but this place is my home and oh so beautiful. Hope you make a trip up to the mountains! Enjoy your family!

Wow! What an awesome sounding trip! I live in Tahoe, and so I’ve always wanted to head to the Rockies and compare the snow, maybe someday I’ll have to make the trip. Have fun!
