November 1 Weigh-in: First Month of Six Month Challenge

Today: 259.2 or 5.8 pounds for the month…

Wait a moment, and let me pause here and C*E*L*E*B*R*A*T*E! That is the 250ies!  Two and a half months ago I was in the 280ies! WooHoo!! This feels great.

This made my goal of 5 pounds, one pound up (so far) this week. This reflects the ups and downs of my life right now (travel, adjusting my schedule, etc.) more than food issues. I’m adjusting to changes in my life and food changes aren’t keeping up.

Did not make my focus goals. I’m not logging food, not sleeping 8 hours, not back to exercising.

Weight loss is great, but need some work to get into consistent good habits and may need to tighten up to continue this level of progress.

YAYYYYYYYYYYYY! congrats to you woman!!!! Yes it’s hard to work on those focus goals…seems like life is just too crazy to accomplish everything–at least for me it is….

Angela - THANKS! You are so right - focus goals are tough. Maybe I need a focus goal on figuring out how to celebrate without food?? Thanks for coming by! Delita

Focus? What’s that? Seriously though, trying to get into those good habits is so much harder, because they don’t seem as rewarding.
