Back from my trip yesterday so this week was 10 days long. I’m down 2.4 pounds! YEA!! I am so happy after deciding not to worry about it. I did eat pretty well on my trip although not enough veggies, and did have a few treats. Not bad, overall. What probably saved me is no snacking at all between meals.
Celebrating this week: 24 pounds lost since beginning in August, 41.8 pounds lost from top weight. Weekly average loss per week, last three weeks: 1.53 pounds (skewed a little high since my *week* was so long).
