Weigh-in: Week 1O! Another Week, Another Loss

This week: down 1.2 pounds to 260.6. I’m going with my Monday weight rather than my Sunday weight because Sunday was really skewed (and up) while Monday is a loss (and more accurate, I think). I won’t be able to weigh in again for two weeks - and I am so close to that 40 pounds lost mile marker!

The week started out a little off and deteriorated. I think I needed a week off from working so hard at food, and took it. Basically I didn’t log food and didn’t really make sure I ate what I needed. So I didn’t eat as many meals or veggies as I should, for sure. Pretty much skimped on breakfast, lunch and dinner out of laziness, but ate pretty much on program when I did eat. Saturday I had a party day including soft drink and candy. But, in all that time, I never went *crazy,* just sometimes a few more nuts or something. So, I should be rested.

Celebrating this week: 20.5 lost in 10 weeks since “beginning again” and 39.4 lost from top weight. Weekly average loss, last three weeks: 1.67 pounds.
