Weigh in today was 261.8, down one pound. I’m really happy with that because:
1) I had trouble eating as many calories as I had set for a goal (2400), so this means my body is willing to lose on a lower number.
2) The last two days, I only ate two meals per day (bad) both meals yesterday I ate high fat (high saturated fat) and thought that might make a difference.
Maybe it did make a difference, but this is sure going the right direction.
Also, I passed TWO milestones this week:
1) I passed the 25% of goal lost mark. My target is to lose 150 pounds, so 37.5 pounds is 25% of that. I’m now down 38.2 pounds YEA!!!!!!
2) I dropped from the *morbidly obese* BMI category into the *severely obese* category. YEA!!!!!!! At my top weight, 300 pounds, my BMI was 45.6 and today is 39.8.
So HAPPY!!! I was reminded today to get my focus back on my monthly goals. I think I’ll add weekly focus goals as well. More about that later.
