I was absolutely rapt for you when I saw that you’ve dropped out of the “mobidly obese” BMI category. I think I’m still lurking there, but, you know, we’re all working towards the same thing. Great news. Keep up the good work.

feathers - I was just thinking about you! I sure hope you are still reading and posting around here. I am so grateful you noticed! Yes, that is HUGE! I can’t tell you how much differently I feel, I can move, how much more I can do. And it is not just physically, my brain chemistry/emotions, immune system, everything are working better. I can just tell. I’m so grateful. And, I’m grateful for all the virtual support here. I need to blog someday about how important that is, too! Caught up on your blog too, but not sure if I left a note - may have gotten interrupted. :-/ *See* you soon I hope! Delita
