My monthly goals are:
October Food Goal: Stay on plan and log food daily through October.
October Fitness Goal: Increase by 10% (added workout days also) to 759 minutes.
I haven’t logged food since Friday afternoon, although I wrote it down this morning on paper. I was thinking about just starting back logging food today (skipping 3 meals) when I remembered my monthly goal. That is inspiring me that I need to go back and log it all - so I can meet my goal. Goals are good.
In the spirit of that, I’ve decided to add weekly focus goals. These will be small areas I want to focus on for the week, designed just to do that: keep my focus on them.
