OCTOBER 1 - Begin Diet & Fitness 6 month Challenge

This is day one of Delita’s Own Diet and Fitness Challenge.

Starting Statistics:
Height: 68 inches
Weight: 265 pounds
Waist: 47.25 inches
Calculated by ZONE *measure* method:

Lean Body Mass: 115.4 pounds

Total Body Fat: 149.6 pounds

Body Fat Percentage: 56.5%

Body Mass Index: 40.3 (morbidly obese)

Weight loss to date: 35 pounds
Weight loss goal, this month: 5 pounds

Waist loss to date: 10.75 inches
Waist loss goal this month: .5 inches

October Food Goal: Stay on plan and log food daily through October.
There is the possibility that I may change food plans before the end of the month so the goal is about staying *on program* and logging food, not specifically related to one food plan.


October Fitness Goal: Increase by 10% (added workout days also) to 759 minutes.
My fitness goal is an average of 33 minutes per workout day, with a 3 days on and one day off pattern. My understanding is you have to have rest to grow muscles.

bigprof - that is exactly how I got mine! lol I saw one like this about 6 weeks ago and said “gotta get me one of those.” And look! it works! My secret on goal setting is to set the bar low enough that making it won’t be a stretch at all. That way I can work on consistency. My motto is: when in doubt, lower the goal. But, since it is working and I want MORE, I’m going to try raising it this month. Thanks for stopping in! Delita
