Hey Delita - It looks like there’s no gasoline worries with you! You’re flying with rocket fuel, how cool are you! A while back you talked about how artificial sweeteners did havoc on your body. Sandi, thanks for the tip and for posting the link here so we can go check it out. I did, and the info you have is impressive, but not surprising, as you know. The big thing about sweeteners is, not only do they have nasty side-effects but the *sweet* taste itself triggers cravings, so they are all (not just this one) proven to lead to weight GAIN. Including, of course, diet coke, even “sugar-free” gum. So many are taken in by these products they shell out (billions) to get help from them, but end up farther in the hole. I really appreciate you sharing. Good to *see* you! Delita
