Just a Quick Update…

Posted by: delitaagain In: Updates

My apologies to all of you whose comments I’ve not yet responded to. I appreciate them and your thoughts are so encouraging and your suggestions are so helpful! I really do want to get back to each of you. I will, I will, I will.

Meanwhile, I am still doing my food but there is a possibility the online foodlog site ate some of it. Ate my food. Get it? Ah, sick computer-nerd joke I guess. Meanwhile, I’m mostly on target but need to increase protein and decrease fats a little.

Started doing real CrossFit workouts yesterday and BOY/GIRL am I sore! But, so happy with what I can do! More than I ever did before! At my age and weight! Wow. Also in a transition time in my life and not on the internet a lot, so bear with me. Thanks so much for coming by. I’ll do better, I promise! LOL More to do before I sleep…

Thanks, Eileen. You are so right - not to worry. I gotta get over thinking I have to do everything, every day… Delita

thanks, eileen - I am happy, happy about all the changes! And you are doing so well, too! I get happy every time I see your colorful updates! Love the colors! But how do you do only 1300-1400 calories and all that exercise? Wow. Thanks again, Delita
