Weigh-In: Week 6 - First Full Week at 2000 Calories

This week, my calories were up 400 per day and my exercise went down (missed two days, lighter other days). in spite of those, weigh-in results: 265.8, down 2.4 pounds! WooHoo! Of course it is always possible some of that is water weight.
In any case, this is the right direction. I’m very pleased. 15.4 pounds lost in six weeks and 34.2 pounds down from my top weight.
The plan is to keep my food at 2000 calories per day for a while. Oonce I’m exercising more, I will increase calories again, and probably add a protein shake. In the meantime, I may increase it just another 100 calories a day and work to get in moregreen veggies, the best kind of carbs - an added serving 2-3 times a day.
I really don’t want to take away anything I am eating but believe I could use a few more carbs without upping calories much, and that has green veggies written all over it!
Celebrating 6 weeks completed on the Flat Belly Diet! WOOHOO! Today is day 43.
