From Healthy People 2010, a U.S. government initiative that challenges “individuals, communities, and professionals indeed, all of us to take specific steps to ensure that good health, as well as long life, are enjoyed by all.”
Apparently this is an upper level thing that may or may not be trickling down to the likes of us.
My personal goal is to be at goal, fit and whole by my birthday, 2010. I’ll be sixty years old and more than I ever thought I could be phyrsically.
So glad we’re tackling the top two, here on 3 Fat chicks!
