Update: Working Out is Working for Me! LOL

Posted by: delitaagain In: Updates

Whoa. I am so grateful to be in the place I am, getting back into my beloved crossfit. I can’t believe how much I like this workout system. No, it’s better than that. I truly love it! And the comraderie and support is second to none - present company exempted, of course. =)

You guys are awesome. I’m feeling at the moment that I can’t even keep up with the comments but oh, I will. It means so much to me that you take time to come by and read, and to write something. I really mean it.

It makes my day, pumps me up, makes me want to get back out there and do some more of this, dread menu planning, food logging, workouts, something! LOL

You can check out my fitness blog for details, but I am in full swing of alternating days of walk/hike with crossfit website warm-up exercises, taking every fourth day as a rest day. And, I plan to start rowing as soon as I can get signed on with a gym. LOL Maybe do something twice a day? I know, I know. Okay! =)

Meantime, haven’t taken the time to do food menus and the Flat Belly Diet website is turning up the same old 400 calorie menus for me, even though the raised my recommended calories to 2000 based on activity level. I’m just whining.

I’m so blessed and I have no excuse not to take the time to do some menus ahead and find a place to log my food other than the FBD site. I plan to let that drop in 7 weeks, so want to change to a free site.

Okay, that’s about all from me. I’m off to visit more of your blogs. Thanks for coming by and posting your own stuff. You guys are so inspiring!

Thanks! I’m feeling great, especially about my exercising. And now I’ve re-started my motivation on menu planning (my nemisis). Delita
