Fitness: Mini-Goal #1

Exercise 660 minutes in September.

Focus this month:

  • At least 30 minutes per day, 3 out of 4 days.
  • Every 4th day is a rest day.
  • Work on intensity
  • Guard against adding too much, too fast.
