Weight-In: Week 5 and the Plateau is BUSTED!!

Today;’s weight: 268.4, down 2.4 pounds from last week, 12.8 from beginning this blog, 31.6 from top weight. I’ll take it. Faithful readers, the dread plateau IS NO MORE!! It seems that increasing my calories for just a few days has given us the breakthrough!

Introducing: New “GOALS” Page

I’ve added a new page to track GOALS so I can go back and read through them and see how far I’ve come! See above, orange letters.
In addition, we now have a series of tickers added to the WEIGH-IN page (also above), so we can watch me march accross the page to victory!

Focus this month:

At least 30 minutes per day, 3 out of 4 days.
Every 4th day is a rest day.
Work on intensity
Guard against adding too much, too fast.

Wake-up Call - Too much food!

Last night I didn’t get home and get dinner cooked until 11:00 PM. I was a little behind on timing all day. Dinner was a chicken leg w/o skin, brown rice with mushrooms & onions sauted in olive oil, and broccoli. About 600 calories, all foods I really like. I couldn’t eat it all.
