Food Mini-goal #3: Complete 21 days on Flat Belly Diet

From this point I will separate Food and Fitness mini-goals as they may not be on the same schedule.
This mini-goal is simple: complete 21 days on the Flat Belly Diet, starting 9/11/2008, the day after my last mini-goal ended, and ending 10/1/2008, the first day in October. This will be 53 days on the Flat Belly Diet and after that I plan to do monthly goals.
I have two things I want to focus on during this 3 week period.
- Increase calories to 2000 per day ( +/- 100), aiming for 1200 in the first two meals and 800 in the second two meals.
- Eliminate dairy completely for 7 days to see if this stops the *sensitivity* symptoms I’m still showing. If it does, then I will try adding back just yogurt.
