Weigh-in: End of Flat Belly 28 Day Plan

My new weight: 269.4! This met my second mini-goal: to complete the 28 day plan. Total lost: 11.8 pounds in 32 days.

I’m still doing a lot of adjusting (new calorie levels, menus, shopping, cooking, exercising, logging food, blogging, etc…) LOL And, I’m delighted with my new middle digit. Now I need to set a new mini-goal!

CONGRATULATIONS! I know I loved that particular middle-digit when I first saw it too… now I’d like to see a different one, lol.
