This month has 30 days, 22 workout days and 8 rest days. For this first month I’m going to purposely set the bar low by not counting the rest days in the average.
This puts my goal for the month at 11 hours or 660 minutes of exercise. My walking pace is comfortably at a 20 minute mile in the neighborhood and considerably slower on the hiking trail.
