Update: Nearing End of 28-day Plan

Posted by: delitaagain In: Updates

Finishing the 28-day plan on the Flat Belly Diet was my mini-goal #2, so it feels pretty strange that I now have only 2 days to go. If you read yesterday’s post, you know my 4th week weigh-in was a bit of a disappointment. But I am glad to be still on it and know it will pay off in the end.

My biggest thrill is how much I am enjoying exercising. I’ve set a low bar on that now (unthinkable even a week ago) of 30 minutes walking at a moderate pace at least every 5-6 days. That’s enough that I definitely need to raise my calories on the plan once I’ve finished this segment, which will be Wednesday.

I’m not around a computer enough to do much planning or updating but do plan to keep going and make adjustments. I am so happy about how good I feel and how into this l am long term. I don’t think I’ve ever had the *knowing* before that I can do this, not just for a *while* but for the rest of time! LOL Feels great!

I’ll try to write more and visit your blogs tomorrow. You guys are sooooo inspirational!

“I don’t think I’ve ever had the *knowing* before that I can do this..”

I feel exactly the same way! I can’t count the times I’ve “started” a diet and with good intentions, but never with the “knowing” that I have now!

Congratulations on (almost) meeting your mini-goal!!!

Of course you can do this! You’re strong and committed and it’s going to become a way of life that you embrace and enjoy. Congratulations on the breakthrough! You’re ‘there’!
