This was my snack meal today and it was yummy. I can see that it is going to be nice to mix the snack meals up between sweet, savory and smoothies. It is also very filling.

1/2 cup hummus (I made fmine from a very easy recipe on allrecipes.com)

2 stalks celery, cut in pieces

1 cup mini carrots (about 14-16)

2 tbsp. dry roasted peanuts (MUFA)
