Introducing… My Workout Blog!

Favorite Menu - Savory Hummus & Nuts!

This was my snack meal today and it was yummy. I can see that it is going to be nice to mix the snack meals up between sweet, savory and smoothies. It is also very filling.

1/2 cup hummus (I made fmine from a very easy recipe on allrecipes.com)
