So Here is My Rough Plan (For Now)

Posted by: delitaagain In: Planning

Subject to change:

1. Simplify, simplify, simplify my menus.

2. Try new Flat Belly menus and add in things learned to my menus.

3. Settle on 30 days worth of menus for all four meals a day, 3 meals and a snack (as a start).

4. Set up the menus on the google docs so that I can easily create grocery lists from anywhere.

5. Find a place to log my food (other than Flat Belly). I don’t want to be dependant on their website.

6. Get fully back into CrossFit scaled workouts and plan in breaks.

7. Raise my calories on my food plan, and plan in breaks.

8. Set up an accountability schedule monthly, with posting results and setting new goals each month.

9. Develop a few good diet buddies so we can hold ourselves accountable.

10. Organize and simplify my stuff so that I can maximize my time on the things that are important.

11. Get new walking shoes.

What do you think?

Sounds like you’re setting yourself up to be successful. As they say, “failing to plan is like planning to fail.”

I think the idea of having a handful of meals that you can go to and rely on is a great idea. I do this, too, and I find when I do that this is when I’m most successful. It allows me to not have to think about food all of this time which could be why I’m in this situation in the first place :)

I think it sounds like a great plan. I do the same thing with “fall back on meals”. They are my favorite meals to fall back on. I have some for no time to cook days, hungry days, TOM days, and DH working overtime days. It helps. Having diet buddies ofr accountability is a very good idea. You sound like you will do great.
Take care

Hey Delita - You are amazing! This plan sounds good to me, you should be a coach for FBD! ~~~ Sandi
