Weight Update - Day 21 on Flat Belly Plan!

What I’m celebrating today is 3 whole weeks on the Flat Belly Diet.
I have 11 days to go on the 28-day plan (so many numbers! lol) and then we re-think it. I’m thinking raise the calories, for sure if I start exercising. I’m not hungry at all but just know my body needs a little more [...]

This is a little light-weight but I’m so stuffed from lunch I can’t think what to add. All these will go into my “favorite menu file.”
Breakfast: 1 small orange, 1 cup gluten-free corn flakes, 1 cup Lactaid fat free milk, 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds & a kiwi fruit

Update - Settling Downward

In that post yesterday I explained the weight fluctuations this week. In the continuing saga, I dropped again today. So this is how my week looks:

Weight Fluctuations

So, Sunday is my weekly weigh in day because I began on a Sunday.
First Sunday, down 6.6 pounds.
Second Sunday, down 5.8 more.
The next day, Monday this week, the scale bounced up 3.2, but I had been *on plan* so I didn’t worry about it.
The next day, Tuesday, down 1 pound, so only up 2.2 from [...]
