What I’m celebrating today is 3 whole weeks on the Flat Belly Diet.
I have 11 days to go on the 28-day plan (so many numbers! lol) and then we re-think it. I’m thinking raise the calories, for sure if I start exercising. I’m not hungry at all but just know my body needs a little more than any diet plan thinks a woman does.
I won’t be giving daily weight updates normally, but since I did this week, here is today’s:
Very nice. That’s a 10.4 pound loss in 20 days. Yea! Tomorrow is weigh-in day! Happy for today.
