I gotta tell you here first because it was here that I started getting right enough on the food that I could get back to it. Then, two days after starting back walking, I hit the aspartame debacle and quit again. ;-/
That was two weeks ago now. I really rode that debacle. ;->
I decided today that I was NOT going to put it off any longer - I would do *something.* Remember, To Do Anything is a Start.
My plan was to drive to the nearby lake about sunset (it is free that late in the day) and swim, something I’ve never tried for exercise. But, it started thundering just before I was going to leave.
So, not to be thwarted in my plan, I drove to the nearby mall and mall-walked for over 30 minutes. I didn’t time it exactly but did 3 laps at a pretty good clip. Got my blood flowing and I’m still feeling the glow.
But wait! There’s more! LOL
I decided while walking that I could count yesterday as starting because I spent 12 minutes trying to catch the rabbit and worked up a sweat doing it. =) That counts, right??
So, I successfully completed 2 days *back at it* and tomorrow will be day three. Now doesn’t that sound so much better than just trying to get started?
