Update - Settling Downward

In that post yesterday I explained the weight fluctuations this week. In the continuing saga, I dropped again today. So this is how my week looks:

  • Sun 269.8
  • Mon 273
  • Tue 272
  • Wed 272.4
  • Thu 272.4
  • Fri 271.6

Since we’re thinking Sunday was a water weight loss, this is good! However you slice it, I’m at 9.5 pounds total lost in 19 days. Happy day!

I gotta quit focusing on the scale. ;-p

I might be sort of on the flat belly plan by accident. I eat alot of those key foods (avocado, olives, almonds etc.) throughout the day b/c I love them and they have the good fat. I think I can actually see a change in my belly though! Less bloated. I’m also limiting wheat products, as I hear they are bloating also. I naturally don’t drink soda or anything. I think it sounds like a good plan! Keep getting those great results!

You are well on our way. I am finding this plan easy because I was doing so much of it already. I already ate MUFAs and avoided wheat & sodas also, and now use the FBD gluten-free option to get menus without wheat. I’m loving it. Thanks for stopping in.
