Menu Today: Corn Flakes, Big Salad w/ Salmon, PB Sandwich, Talapia & Rice

This is a little light-weight but I’m so stuffed from lunch I can’t think what to add. All these will go into my “favorite menu file.”
Breakfast: 1 small orange, 1 cup gluten-free corn flakes, 1 cup Lactaid fat free milk, 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds & a kiwi fruit
Lunch: Large romaine salad with cucumber, radish, celery, bell pepper, salmon, sunflower seeds & Newman’s Own Light Balsamic , and, 1 small orange
Snack: 2 tablespoons peanut butter on 1 slice sprouted bread with 1 cup mini-carrots
Dinner: Pan grilled talapia, wild/brown rice mix, zucchini w/ walnuts.
In addition to the meals you see here, I’m drinking 2 liters of Sassy water a day.
