So, Sunday is my weekly weigh in day because I began on a Sunday.
First Sunday, down 6.6 pounds.
Second Sunday, down 5.8 more.
The next day, Monday this week, the scale bounced up 3.2, but I had been *on plan* so I didn’t worry about it.
The next day, Tuesday, down 1 pound, so only up 2.2 from Sunday - the right direction.
The next day, yesterday, up .4, so up 2.6 since weigh in on Sunday.
Today - same, 2.6 pounds above my weigh-in for Sunday and I’ve been pretty solidly on the plan all along.
My theory is that Sunday morning I had just finished doing the 4-day anti-bloat jump-start for the second time, and that most of the *bounce down* in weight I experienced was a water weight loss. (I’m 58 years old so it isn’t hormones.)
This means where I am today is probably a *true* weight, giving me a true weight loss of 8.7 pounds over 2 1/2 weeks.
I can live with that.
Does this mean I get to re-celebrate all those mini-goals and milestones once I re-drop that next 2.4 pounds? =) =) =)
