Menu Today: Corn Flakes, Turkey Sandwich, Blueberry Smoothie, Pesto Chicken Salad

This turned out to be one of the best balanced menus I’ve had, is easy to fix and feels like eating comfort foods. I will definitely use it again.
Breakfast: 1 small orange, 1 cup gluten-free corn flakes, 1 cup Lactaid fat free milk, 2 tbsp. almonds
Lunch: 2 slices sprouted bread, 2 oz. smoked turkey, 2 leaves romaine, 1 slice tomato, 1 slice red onion, 1 tbsp. mustard, with 2 tbsp. sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup hummus, 1 cup baby carrots, and, 1 small plum
Snack: Smoothie from 1 cup Lactaid fat free milk & 1 cup frozen blueberries with 1 tbsp. Flax seed oil stirred in, along with 1 oz. 2% mozzarella string cheese
Dinner: Pesto Chicken Salad (recipe), with 1/2 cup low fat Strawberry yogurt
