Still on plan!
I’m learning - sometimes the hard way - how to plan the meals, what really works for me and also the *not so much.* What really works for me is no hungries, no cravings. i am getting hungry most meal times, though, and that is a very good sign.
When i get I more together I’ll post some favorites. Just the planning and tracking and prepping is still taking a lot of time for me (confessions of a fast food junkie…. ) Stay tuned!
