I sneaked in a weigh this morning and it was 273.8, down 7.4 pounds. WooHoo! Of course, I’m not sure that it won’t bounce back a little as I am re-doing the jumpstart to detox again after getting into some aspartame last weekend. See more on that here: Cravings, Triggers, Resistance and Feeling Bad
My current mini-goal is to get through this 28 day plan, and I’m on day 9 now, almost 1/3 of the way.
I’m feeling better today and working very diligently on my new menus and a shopping list to use tomorrow, finding I both want to try some of their menus, things I wouldn’t think of, and also want to simplify them so I’m not buying 6 kinds of cheese and 12 kinds of fruit.
Overall, I am very pleased. I’m making it a little harder on myself because I’m working toward saving all my *favorite* meals with nutrition data and shopping lists so I can just swap them around later, and not have to do all this work! LOL
Learning a new thing is always an adjustment but well worth it.
