My top weight was 300 and my goal weight is 150. So, that’s a total loss of 150.
I’ve set every 15-pound loss as a mini-goal, each one 10% of the total weight I want to lose.
I had lost 50 pounds and gained about 34 back, so I came back this time after stopping that direction and turning it around by a few pounds.
My *beginning* weight this time is 281. My next mini-goal is 270.
