My System of Goal Setting

My top weight was 300 and my goal weight is 150. So, that’s a total loss of 150.
I’ve set every 15-pound loss as a mini-goal, each one 10% of the total weight I want to lose.
I had lost 50 pounds and gained about 34 back, so I came back this time after stopping that direction [...]

WooHoo! Started Flat Belly Diet!

Yesterday was day 1. I did pretty much everything “by the book” and feel good. That’s a triumph!
Today I went back and set a short-term weight loss goal just for this diet.
I think I’ll write separate posts about the FBD plan and how I’m setting my goals. But this sure does feel good!
