Blog Day 1 - Define Progress

Posted by: delitaagain In: Lessons Learned

This odyssey doesn’t have a clear beginning and won’t ever end (until I leave this world) so we’ll be racking up progress in blog days here – days since I started blogging the odyssey.

Progress is defined as anything I did or even thought about that would tend to result in odyssey-related movement. Motivation. Forward movement is the hope.

Anything might include thoughts about hair, clothes, make-up, learning consistency, celebrating. See – all kinds of stuff that might help encourage me to stay on track and motivate, or locomote.

Eating right and exercise is certainly part but forward thinking counts. Constructive resting counts, too.

Books, movies, friends. Nothing is safe!

Yesterday, my progress was re-joining 3fachicks.com and posting a few forum posts.

Today, progress was a couple forum posts and starting this blog.

Tomorrow, the plan is to buy The Flat Belly Diet book.

See? We’re working up to some real action here.

How’s your progress?

Great move, rejoining the blogsite. Such a great bunch of supportive people here. Me, I’ve made the huge decision to have gastric banding. I need all the help I can get. Weightloss will be an inevitable part of my life for the next couple of years.
