Congrats on quitting smoking. I'm the support person for a co-worker who quit almost three months ago. She's had a struggle but she's hanging in there. She goes through a LOT of orange tic-tacs!! Her tongue is usually neon-orange! But it works for her and she's doing it despite some major personal stuff. And this is like her 20th time quitting too. It usually takes people multiple tries, just like trying to lose weight. Nobody does it the first go around, we all have setbacks. And sometimes we fall off the wagon and have to start all over again.

Sounds like you have a good gameplan and are headed in the right direction! Thanks for your comments on my blog, too!!
