I am feeling so motivated! I have been on clean eating actually for over 30 days and working out at planet fitness 3-4 times a week which includes the elliptical and interval weight training and I am down almost 17 pounds!!! This is truly working. I have also lost over 8 inches in the process on bust/waist/thighs/hips/arms!! I am loving the way weight lifting is starting to transform me. No I still look fat but… the inches are coming off. This is a life changing plan.
