Last week was frustrating but I am over it now. I am now at 332.
This week was a little disappointing but I am still on top of it. I only lost 3 pounds…however that is 3 pounds closer to my goal. I had to miss two days at the gym this week because of work however, I have not excuses this week. My goal is to go up to two times a day. Two cardio sessions and one round of resistance training. My trainer told me that he thinks I am taking in more calories than I have stated. So I have to ensure I am measuring everything. My eyeballing at 10 weeks may have been a poor decision. So measuring cups and scales are in full force. I am staying between 1000 and 1700 calories a day.
As of today I have lost 33 pounds. I am at 340 pounds. My next most immediate goal is to lose 50 more pounds before March 2010. Reaching that goal would put me at 290 lbs. That is just about half way to my goal. I know I can do it. I will do it! I must do it!!!!
This week was a bit more lazy. I have managed to keep my diet under my control. I did not work out as much as I had planned. I only got 4 days in this week. Since I only lost 3 pounds it maybe time to seriously step up my work outs. I look forward to what this week will bring.
By the way, I hate the BodyBugg. I have only wore it two of the past three days. UGH!
