This page is to publish my progress in my journey. Like so many others out there I seek out weight-loss blogs of individuals who keep accurate records in an easy to find manner because the need to be inspired or motivated is so strong within this community. I’ll keep this page updated each week as I track my progress. Note: I’m 5′5″ and HR is always a resting heartrate.

Insanity is a 60 day program provided by Beach Body and to be honest its out of league at the time I begin so I’m taking a 90 day approach. Repeating the warmups++ every day, 6 days a week, for 4 weeks, then beginning the regular 60 day program after that when I feel I am capable of completing the workouts.
