I think I’m going to dispense with typing up my food journal for this blog. I write all of my intake down in a paper notebook, and that’s enough record for me.
Which leaves me at a loss for what to do with this little blog.
No pun intended.
Use it to talk bout your work-outs, fitness improvements such as strength and stamina,,,anything like that. I log my chow in a book ,too!
I’d love to read about that stuff…it’s very motivating! Get moving and brag about it!
