This month will be focused on health and staying healthy.  I’m not sure  what strategy I will be taking but counting calories should be the easiest thing to do.   There need’s to be  a structured menu of x amount of protein, x amount of carbs and x amount of fat’s.  I need to sit down and calculate my menu’s per week instead of  spur of the moment food. 

Cardio for  30 minutes per day.

Drink at least 64 oz of water or more if I can. 

My weight this morning is 198.4.
