Progress Report Week One

My eating habits weren’t top notch this week, but tomorrow is always a new day. I managed to work out twice this week. Next week I’m shooting for three. My main goal is to lose atleast 30-40 pounds in 140 days. That seems reasonable right? Time will tell.
