My eating habits weren’t top notch this week, but tomorrow is always a new day. I managed to work out twice this week. Next week I’m shooting for three. My main goal is to lose atleast 30-40 pounds in 140 days. That seems reasonable right? Time will tell.

I found a book at my local library and have decided to give it a try as well as incoporating my Wii Fit. Ordinarily I can stick to a plan for about a week and then I slip up. I’m going to get past that this time. So, I am going to “Eat Carbs, Lose Weight”. Wish me luck!
