I’ve Been Phlegmish…But Not Every Day of The Last Month!

Mostly, I was phlegmish and then I got distracted. Not good! I was stuck on 246 for two weeks straight, even though I was putting together several days of good eating/exercising and several days of not so good eating/doing nothing. It really seems like one of those should make a difference on the scale. So annoying. It’s hard to keep doing well without seeing good results but it is also hard to break bad habits when poor performance doesn’t have immediate bad effects. I finally told myself about a week ago that I had until 1 April to get things done in the yard, etc. instead of going to the gym and I did finally get a lot of things done. Now, it’s back to diet/exercise work. I’m going to try to do the gym/cardio thing four days a week and work in the yard the other three.
I’m also joining the Weight Challenge for April - maybe a little competition will give me a kick in my considerable ass!
Today’s activities:
- Washed all of the window screens
- Washed the outside of all of the windows (including the garage)
- Cleaned the inside of several windows
- Washed all of the curtains
Eating: OK
Water: 2.0 liters

Today’s delta: +3.0 lbs (since last report)
Total delta: -9.5 lbs
