I do not honestly know who is more excited about All Hallows Eve and trick or treating. Me or my two youngest DS. 
We live close to a very old town that was established in the very early 1800’s. On main street a bunch of the old Victorian mansions still stand and are kept in pristine condition by Historic district standards.
Can you imagine all of these decorated for Halloween? It is so cool! So We drive to Main street so the kids can have chocolate candy and mom can have her house eye candy. It totally reminds me of the Halloween scenes from the movie “Meet me in St.Louis”. My goal this year is to NOT eat any of their candy!!

What beautiful homes! We have a street like that where I grew up and one of the houses is reportedly haunted. There is a mantel in the living room that makes any clock stop at 1:50 am. I have always thought that something tragic happened at that time and the “energy” was absorbed by the marble. Who knows?
Enjoy the eye candy and don’t enjoy the chocolate candy. Imagine it w/bugs, worms and BATS crawling all over it. Eew.
Love those houses, especially that wild-looking one with the square tower at the entrance of it. Don’t think I’ve ever seen another house like that one before!
