Half-azzed
Okay I know that is mispelled. But it was a book I came upon yesterday at the bookstore and of course just had to buy. I love these memoir type books of women who have lost weight . Not a little 5 or 10 pounds but a LOT of weight. I find their weight loss and health gain inspiring and their story of how they find themselves intriguing. Sociology in high school was one of my favorite classes (along with English lit.). So these types of books. TV shows, etc…. are just up my alley. I have not started this book it will be number 3 on my ‘TO READ’ list for April and May. But here is a photo and I will list the Web http. I found the book at BORDERS for those who want to buy at a store.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~There is something to be said for the title of the book I just bought and the way that I have been living since last November. No more excuses! No more using my past as an excuse for present behavior! No more my past being a built in excuse for future behavior. If I eat dessert (by the way baking is banned in our household for a while) it is because I CHOOSE to. No more setting myself up to fail. No more, no more, no more! I am done damn it!!!! I am NOT going all the way back to where I started. As my 10 year old DS would say NUFF SAID!
I worked out to a DVD this morning. It killed my biceps and tush and that felt great! Well I want to see how all you chickies are doing so for now Toodles!!
I read this book about 2 months ago and I LOVED it! It was so inspiring, I’m going to read it again. She lost so much more weight than I need to so it’s a reminder that I can do it. Plus, I would try to read a chapter or so each night when I would normally want to munch so it helped me in that way, too.
Hope you enjoy it!
