About Me

My name is Hope! I am 35 years old, 5′3″ tall and weigh 224 pounds as of June 15, 2010. I am married, and have 3 children. Some of my goals are as follows:

1. Weight loss - My goal is to weigh somewhere between 145 and 155. This means a 70 to 80 lb loss.

2. Toning - I will do a walk/jog/walk routine, and incorporate 10-Minute Trainer several days each week.

3. 5K - I will complete a 5K by this time next year.

4. SuperFoods - I will incorporate SuperFoods from Steven Pratt’s book.

5. Water - I will increase my water intake to several large glasses per day.

6. Calories - I will consume no more than 1500 calories per day.
