For keeps this time…

Woke up this morning and just had a bad feeling.  Dh stops by my office (which he never does because he should be at his) and says that they are closing his office.  Damn. Good thing I’m doing fat smash - looks like it’s beans and rice for everyone!!!

• 2 be proud of me
• 2 be healthy
• 2 feel good
• 2 look good
• 2 believe in myself
• 2 not run out of breath when walking up 2 flights of stairs
• 2 have the energy to play w/ my son
• 2 do it for keeps this time…

Day 1 is gone and I was awesome!  The challenge begins today.  My legs are sore from the exercise I so desperately needed, slept like crap last night so I feel drained today, but at least I have a plan.  And the plan is to stick to it for another day.

This is it…the first day of the new me. 

I will:

 be positive

 never be heavier than I was this morning

 be proud of all accomplishments no matter how small

 not beat myself up

 face obstacles head on (this is a biggie)
