The effects from the ALLi are nothing really so far. I “pass gas” more than usual and stool is a little softer, but I am keeping the Myalli plan nutrition log( well at least I did fot the last week) and I have been right on target with my fat intake. So for me, if I am right on target or below, no TE’s. I was afraid to use it, too. I wanted to lose the weight “on my own” with no help from pills or shots or anything, but I decided that since the Alli was approved by the FDA it couldn’t be all that bad. Oh, I don’t take all the pills that they suggest, like today, I went out to dinner and so forgot the pill, so I didn’t take it (you are supposed to take it with the meal). I will keep my blog updated with my progress and let you know more!
Hello! Thanks for posting your comment, I really appreciate it. I’m still motivated by that freedom, and I hope it serves you the same way! There is a whole notebook of them, so keep checking because I need to get moving on putting them in here! I’ve slowed down lately but am getting back to speed with blogging! I also added you as one of my friends on my site, hope you don’t mind. Also…. I noticed that you have a link for ediets under your general diets… with a pic? How do you do that? I’m so lost on here.
Thanks again for the support!!!

I am new to this blog thing so I haven’t figured out the reply stuff very well. Thanks for your comment. Yes it is the Jorge Cruise book. I am doing also sort of a variation from it because of work, is hard to follow but I’m doing my best.
Keep in touch…
I just wanted to say thank you for all the comments on my blog - I truly appreciate you taking the time to read my blathering on - lol.
In regards to your remark about taking 18 months to lose 60 pounds - personally, I’d rather lose it that way than drop 10 pounds in a week.
I can’t see how restricting calories and exercising to the point of deprivation and exhaustion isn’t adding to the yo-yo. Eventually, you break down and eat and not exercise, and voila - there’s your 10, plus 10 new ones…who needs that?
Thank You for the comment on my blog. You are exactly right, I am very emotionally connected to my journey. It will be a BIG struggle to me, but hopefully I will get through! Thanks for reading! You have a very nice blog too, I am going to read it right now!
